C. Michelle Atkins has been through many storms in her life. Her parents divorced when she was very young. She was in an emotionally and physically abusive marriage, but through it all has triumphed. 

Ms. Atkins is a strong woman of God. She was an educator for over 18 years. She is a twice divorced mother of 6, and grandmother of 6 beautiful grandchildren. Ms. Atkins is now in Financial Services and resides in a suburb of Atlanta, GA with her 3 youngest children.
